Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email — if not, contact us!
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • When USPS or UPS is in hand of the product, we are not responsible for lost or damaged products.

International Shipping

  • International shipping will take longer than domestic shipping.
  • International customers are responsible for import taxes and import fees.
  • We are not responsible for product not getting received because of missing payment for import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product you received is defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at archvefshn@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
